QaloobTaxi, a brand of Qaloob Al Ikhwan Company in Makkah, is dedicated to providing reliable, comfortable, and efficient transportation services to pilgrims and visitors in the holy city.

At QTaxi, we understand that travel plans can change, especially during pilgrimage journeys like Umrah, Hajj, and Ziyarat. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how bookings can be changed or canceled, and under what conditions refunds will be processed.
Our goal is to make this process as fair, transparent, and efficient as possible for all our valued customers.
By booking with QTaxi, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

a. More Than 12 Hours Before Pickup

  • Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancel via app or customer support.
  • Refund processed to original payment method.

b. 6–12 Hours Before Pickup

  • 50% refund of the total booking value.
  • 50% retained for admin/ops costs.

c. Less Than 6 Hours Before Pickup

  • No refund provided.
  • Rescheduling may be available (subject to availability and possible fees).

2. No-Show Policy

  • If the passenger does not arrive within 30 minutes and doesn’t notify us, it is marked as a “No-Show”.
  • Full fare will be charged.
  • No refund is issued.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

a. Up to 6 Hours Before Pickup

  • Free rescheduling available.
  • Subject to vehicle and driver availability.
  • Fare may change if distance/route changes.

b. Within 6 Hours of Pickup

  • Rescheduling not guaranteed.
  • Additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellation by QTaxi

  • May occur due to vehicle issues, driver unavailability, weather, or legal restrictions.
  • We will notify you ASAP and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • We are not liable beyond the paid fare.

5. Refund Processing

  • Online Payments: Refund to original method in 7–10 business days.
  • Cash Payments: Refund via bank transfer or voucher. We’ll request bank details.
  • Timing may vary by bank/payment gateway.

6. Partial Rides & Early Drop-offs

  • No partial refund for incomplete rides or early stops.
  • Full fare will still be charged.
  • Confirm routes before ride starts to avoid mid-trip changes.

7. Group Bookings & Special Packages

  • Policies may differ by custom agreement.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable for reserved services.
  • Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

8. Exceptional Situations

We may provide full or flexible refunds for verified emergencies, including:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Flight cancellations
  • Death in the family

  3. Select the ride you wish to cancel or modify
  4. Follow the steps to cancel or reschedule
