Welcome to QTaxi, a transportation service operated by Qaloob Al Ikhwan Transportation Co., based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, “QTaxi Services”). By booking a ride or using any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

QTaxi provides transport solutions for individuals, families, and groups, with a special focus on pilgrimage transportation between cities such as Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and beyond. The service may be used for Umrah, Hajj, Ziyarat, or general intercity transport.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

All bookings made via QTaxi must be confirmed through our platform or customer service.

• You will receive a confirmation number, driver contact, and trip details upon successful booking.
• Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment (online or approved offline methods) is received or authorized.

• Bookings can be modified or canceled under the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
• Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed due to vehicle availability and routing schedules.
• QTaxi reserves the right to cancel any booking due to safety, legal, or operational concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.

• Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Waiting time is limited to 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
• Any delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed timings are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
• Passengers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. QTaxi will not be held liable for items left in the vehicle.

• All drivers are licensed, trained, and follow the safety regulations issued by local transport authorities.
• Vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained regularly.
• If you face any issues during your trip, please report them via our app or support team.

• All fares are transparent and inclusive of applicable taxes, tolls, and service charges unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary based on route, vehicle type, or season (especially during Hajj and Ramadan).
• Online payment options include credit/debit cards, Mada, and Apple Pay. Offline cash payments may be accepted where permitted.

You may not use QTaxi services for:

• Illegal or unsafe purposes
• Transporting prohibited items (e.g., alcohol, drugs, weapons)
• Harassing or endangering drivers or fellow passengers

Violations may result in immediate cancellation and permanent suspension from the platform.

QTaxi will not be liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, roadblocks, weather, government restrictions).
Our total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the affected ride.

All logos, content, images, and technology on our platform are owned by Qaloob Al Ikhwan Transportation Co. and cannot be reproduced or used without permission.

QTaxi reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
